BBQ & Beats is back and better than ever!
Following the success of last years Summer Series, we’re thrilled to announce that BBQ & Beats returns to Gracy’s.
Every weekend throughout the summer from 1pm to 5pm, Gracy’s is the place to be with DJ’s, live music, face paining, summer bbq and more!
Plus, there’ll be some extra special editions of BBQ & Beats over the summer bank holiday weekends you won’t want to miss.
Serving the ultimate summer vibes, here’s all you need to know about BBQ & Beats 2024:
Dates & Times
Every weekend from June 1st, will rock your Saturdays and Sundays throughout the summer until our final BBQ & Beats weekend on September 7th and 8th.
BBQ & Beats runs from 1pm to 5pm, followed by live music in the evening.
But that’s not all, we also have some extra BBQ and Beats days planned, including Family Fun Days – keep reading to find out more!
Family Fun Days
Bank holidays are for spending time with family, and Gracy’s is the ultimate spot for fun times together.
BBQ & Beats run Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday Mondays so there’s even more opportunities to catch our iconic summer series.
Plus we’ve added some special Saturday Family Fun Days if you can’t make our epic Bank Holiday events. Here’s some Family Fun dates for your diary:

Where?
Join us at Gracy’s Pizzeria, Bar & Bistro – the perfect BBQ & Beats venue.
Enjoy the BBQ in the rustic charm of our indoor Bistro or take in the gorgeous summer weather with our outdoor seating area.
Do I need to book?
No reservations are needed! Just swing by Gracy’s and join the BBQ and Beats fun.
However, if you would like to secure a table inside Gracy’s it can be wise to book – book here
Pro tip: If the indoor and outdoor seating is full, bring your picnic blanket and enjoy our BBQ and Beats on the green at Gracy’s.
What’s on the menu?
Our culinary mastermind, Thomas Haughton, has crafted a BBQ feast you’re going to LOVE.
Complete with juicy burgers to fresh woodfire pizza and classic hot dogs, it’s all the fun of a BBQ without the hassle of cooking it yourself or the clean-up afterwards!
FREE Face painting
That’s right, our team of talented face painters will be on hand every weekend, Bank Holiday and Family Fun Day to paint the kiddies (and adults) faces.
Transform into your favourite character or experiment with a colourful design – the choice is yours at our face painting station.
House DJ’s
Resident DJ Ciarán Bennett returns alongside an exciting lineup of DJ’s for BBQ & Beats 2024.
iRadio’s Sharon Lynskey, Galway Bay’s Kayte O’Malley and local DJ James O’Hara will be spinning the decks, providing the ultimate soundtrack for your summer every weekend and Bank Holiday weekend.
Our lineup of DJs rotates throughout the summer, ensuring plenty of chances to catch each one.
Live Music
The party doesn’t stop once our amazing DJ’s have finished.
Continue those sweet summer vibes into the evening with fantastic live music acts every weekend and Bank Holiday weekend.
Cartoon Mascots
We have some very special guests joining us at our Family Fun Day editions of BBQ & Beats.
Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Elsa from Frozen and Chase from Paw Patrol joined us last year and many more will be making a special appearance at Gracy’s throughout the summer.
They’ll be bringing smiles, hugs, and unforgettable photo opportunities.

Magician
Bank Holiday Mondays are Magic Mondays at Gracy’s, where magician Dan O’Donoghue will be treating guests to some close-up magic.

Circus Performers
Roll up, roll up – the circus is coming to Gracy’s for our Family Fun Day editions of BBQ & Beats.
Some of the talented crew from Circus250 including The Vicious Queen, Juanita the Clown and the Flea circus will be joining us over the Bank Holiday weekends – the kids are going to love it!
The Vicious Queen dates: May 3rd, June 1st, August 5th, September 7th.
Juanita the Clown dates: May 4th, August 3rd.
The Flea Circus dates: June 2nd, July 13th, August 4th.
