What is the difference between the membership types?
We understand that families come in all shapes and sizes. Some of our activities are not available to little ones due to height restrictions. With this in mind, we created different memberships.
The Net Park Combo Membership is ideal for families with younger children or those with children who are below 1.3m and only includes the activities that they can use (net park, giant slides, climbing tower, foot or disk golf, swan pedal boats and the gaming zone).
The All-In Membership is ideal for families with children tall enough to do the Quarry’s Edge (or harnessed) activities. The All In Membership includes all of the activities in the Net Park Combo Membership and also the quarry’s edge leap, giant swing, twin zipwire, climbing zone and aerial trek. If you have children under 1.3m and above 1.3m, we recommend you buy the All In Membership to accommodate everyone.

If you have children under 1.3m and children above 1.3m, we recommend you buy the All In Membership to accommodate everyone in the family.
WHAT IS THE VALIDITY PERIOD FOR WESTPORT ADVENTURE MEMBERSHIP?
Westport Adventure memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used during standard opening hours, as listed on www.westportadventure.ie/opening-hours.
Please note that opening hours are subject to change, and the park is closed in January and February.
HOW DO I BOOK MY VISIT?
You can book your visit online or walk into our ticketing office. To book online, please visit
If you would like to book a Net Park Combo Pass, please note that you must select the same number of members as your membership. For example, if you have a 4-person membership and only two of you are visiting, you will need to:
- Select the Netpark Combo Family | Group of 4 ticket.
- Add the tickets to your checkout.
- Click on Redeem Now, select Membership, and enter your membership number.
When you redeem your membership, 100% of the ticket cost will be discounted. Please note that even if only two of you are visiting the park on that day, you must book the 4-person ticket to redeem the membership.
DO CHILDREN NEED TO BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT?
Yes, children under 16 must always be accompanied by an adult (18+).
Each membership must include at least one adult. For example, a 3-person membership can include up to 3 adults or 1 adult and 2 children.
CAN SOMEONE ELSE USE MY MEMBERSHIP?
No, membership is only for the named adult(s) and children.
It is non-transferable.
Photo ID is required for adult entry, and only those named on the card may use it.
Misuse of the membership may result in it being retained by Westport Adventure.
ARE CARERS ALLOWED FREE ENTRY?
Yes, carers can be added to a membership at no extra cost with appropriate proof of disability, such as a doctor’s letter or support group membership. Please call us at 098 27766 to discuss further. For a two-person family, you will receive a membership for two people but only pay for one. We will list the carer as a named adult on the membership, so you only need to provide proof of disability once. As a named adult, the carer will just need to present photo identification upon arrival.
CAN I GET A REFUND FOR TICKETS PURCHASED WHILE HOLDING A MEMBERSHIP?
No, members will not be refunded for any full-priced tickets purchased while holding a valid membership.
DO I NEED TO BRING PHOTO IDENTIFICATION?
Yes, you do. Photo identification will be required for each adult’s entry and only adults named on the membership card may use the membership. Memberships found to be used by persons, other than those named, may be retained by Westport Adventure. Children do not require photo identification.
DO I NEED TO SIGN A WAIVER?
Yes, all participants must sign a waiver to use the activities at the adventure park. For children and minors, a waiver must be signed by an adult. The good news is that you only need to sign the waiver once!
ARE THERE ANY USAGE RESTRICTIONS ON THE MEMBERSHIP?
Yes, there may be restricted dates with additional charges for special events such as Halloween, Christmas, Outdoor Theatre, or other third-party events. Memberships cannot be used in conjunction with other offers like school tours, corporate tickets, or special events.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY MEMBERSHIP?
Yes, changes can be made by the main contact on the membership pass, who must complete an amendment form and show valid ID. Memberships cannot be resold or transferred, and any misuse will result in cancellation without refund.
WHAT HAPPENS IF WESTPORT ADVENTURE IS FORCED TO CLOSE?
In case of closure due to exceptional circumstances, Westport Adventure will not be responsible for any incurred costs (e.g., hotel, travel) or offer refunds for closed days.
WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH MY RECEIPT OF PAYMENT FOR MEMBERSHIP?
Please keep your receipt for future reference.
CAN ACTIVITIES BE CLOSED FOR OPERATIONAL REASONS?
Yes, activities are subject to availability and may close for operational, technical reasons, inclement weather, special events, or safety reasons. No refunds will be offered for closed days.
WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED FOR MEMBERSHIP?
Westport Adventure requires certain information such as your name, address, email address, and mobile number for processing your membership application. This data will be handled in accordance with the Westport Adventure Privacy Policy.
